Gourmand | Espresso martini cruffin from Paddock Bakery | Gold Coast

If there’s one thing we recommend this weekend, it’s a trip to Paddock Bakery. The weather may be below average, what Paddock is plating up is anything but. Presenting their espresso martini cruffin!

Filled with Single O espresso and chantilly cream, this holy experience is dipped in callebaut milk chocolate and topped with Kahlua mousse. And, just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, perched atop this masterpiece is a miniature espresso martini cup made with dark chocolate and filled with espresso martini ganache.

We’ll drink (and eat) to that!

Hot tip: Paddock also does an epic breakfast. Get in early to score a table!

Gourmet | The rum revolution at Craft’d Grounds | Albion

Viva la rum revolution! Craft’d Grounds in Albion is hosting The Rum Revolution on Saturday, May 14 from 1pm, showcasing international rums from over 40 distilleries.
