A Bombay Sapphire spring celebration is coming to Riverbar!

The sun is shining, and it’s time to bust out your finest florals for the ultimate celebration of spring.

Thanks to Bombay Sapphire’s new creation, Bombay Bramble–an infusion of natural blackberry and raspberry flavours with Bombay Sapphire Gin–Riverbar & Kitchen will be transformed into a blooming paradise with a very special spring-inspired food and drink menu for Bramble in Bloom! 

From Wednesday, October 14 to Sunday, November 29, you can surround yourself with botanicals (making for the perfect photo op!), whilst sipping on a range of specialty seasonal sips and snacking on a selection of delightful nibbles. 

The cocktail menu will offer a deliciously creative selection of cocktails, such as the Wham, Bam, Bram, featuring Bombay Bramble, strawberry jam, Monin rose syrup, lime juice and shiraz float and The Partridge, with Bombay Bramble, lemon juice, vanilla syrup and nashi pear.

Pair your springtime cocktail with a selection of snacks reflecting the fresh, fruity flavours of spring. Think beetroot-cured salmon with cream cheese and blueberries and buffalo curd with crispy chickpeas, dukkha and flatbread.
