Blossom into Saké this Spring.

Florals? For Spring? Unlike Meryl Streep, we’re all for it.

Eagle Street Pier’s Japanese phenomenon, Saké Restaurant and Bar is blossoming into September with a stunning floral installation and six-course dinner, celebrating the season of cherry blossoms.

Amidst decadent eats and plenty of sakura splendour, Saké will serve up five Cherry Blossom cocktails including our personal faves, In Bloom with sakura infused gin and lychee liqueur and Blushing Blossom with whisky, Heering Cherry liqueur and Choya Uji Green Tea Umeshu.

Along with a glass of champagne on arrival, you’ll be feasting the night away under a canopy of petals with mouth-watering dishes such as seared scampi, truffle cheese pork katsu and duck breast.

The Cherry Blossom Dinners will be held from 6:30pm on September 11th, 12th and 18th, so contact or call 02 9259 5600 to book your seat!
