Who doesn’t love a good spritz? It seems that you couldn’t go anywhere this summer without seeing a Camilla-clad lady sitting on a balcony with a glass of this orange elixir in her hands. Aperol spritzes will always hold a special place in our hearts, but its time to shake things up. Check out this recipe for a Belafonte Spritz; it’s so good you’ll forget how to pronounce Aperol all over again!
INGREDIENTS
- 30ml Tanqueray gin
- 15ml fresh lemon
- 5ml Vasse Felix Cane Cut Semillon
- Dash soda
- Top w/ prosecco
- Build all ingredients into glass
- Add ice
- Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit, edible flowers and thyme
- Enjoy!
