It seems that you couldn’t go anywhere this summer without seeing a Camilla-clad lady sitting on a balcony with a glass of this orange elixir in her hands. Aperol spritzes will always hold a special place in our hearts, but its time to shake things up. Check out this recipe for a Belafonte Spritz; it’s so good you’ll forget how to pronounce Aperol all over again! INGREDIENTS
  • 30ml Tanqueray gin
  • 15ml fresh lemon
  • 5ml Vasse Felix Cane Cut Semillon
  • Dash soda
  • Top w/ prosecco
  1. Build all ingredients into glass
  2. Add ice
  3. Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit, edible flowers and thyme
  4. Enjoy!
