With his extensive menu offering plenty of gastronomic thrills and surprises, chef Massimo Speroni now offers the option to have a Robert White ring placed on one of his dishes, with the Blueberry bling dessert of blueberry with white chocolate, cream cheese mousse, cocoa butter and chocolate “soil” being his top choice for a little extra embellishment.

Shoppers who purchase a Moment right from Robert White can also enjoy a custom four-course A moment in time degustation, featuring dishes like ravioli filled with cow and sheep ricotta and served with a rich tomato sauce, marjoram and basil, and sashimi with apple, honkarebushi, and cucumber and chilled celery dashi.
