Bacchus is bringing another big-name chef to Brisbane

Leave the fine dining pizzazz up to the master chefs this month as Bacchus Kitchen welcomes two-starred Massimiliano Mascia for five flavour-filled evenings.

Put down the Mi Goreng packet and ditch the takeaway pizza⁠—the Italian food gods are blessing the Brisbane foodie scene for a second year running and you won’t want to miss out!

If you need an excuse to slip on your fancy pants, the time is nigh to prepare for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience one of the world’s greatest Italian chefs. And no, we ain’t exaggerating.

This October, Bacchus’ head chef Massino Speroni is welcoming the widely acclaimed (not to mention, incredibly talented), Massimiliano Mascia as he makes his Australian debut at Bacchus on October 22 for a week-long, exclusive dining experience.

Continuing in the footsteps of his flavour-maker uncle Valentino Marcattili (who stole our hearts when he brought a luxe five-course degustation to Bacchus last September), a flair for incredible Italian delights clearly runs in the family…so you know you’re in for a seriously incredible treat.

Flexing his finesse over five nights, the first three dinners will be a tight four-course affair while the final two will include six decadent courses, both topped off with all the tasty extras including the likes of scampi, kingfish, and local Stockyard beef.
