A springtime seafood feast at Felons Brewing Co.

Spring = longer days = more time for beers at Felons.

In celebration of spring, popular riverfront spot Felons Brewing Co. is putting together an Aussie seafood feast to remember on Tuesday, 22 October. The three-course affair will be sea-fuelled and full of fresh flavours, with four brews to match. Guests will hear from head brewer Tom Champion and Howard Smith Wharves executive chef Patrick Friesen about the best beers to pair with springtime eats, with an emphasis on light, refreshing styles.  

The menu, crafted by Friesen, is full of delicate sea flavours, mindfully paired with the lighter-style springtime beers. The meal will kick off with fresh oysters and clams, paired with Felon’s Crisp Lager. The main course is when you’ll get your feast on, with an Australian boil of crabs, lobsters, prawns, potato, corn and yummy sides, paired with both a blood orange sour and an Australian pale ale. Dessert will provide a refreshing finish, with seasonal gelato and a matching limited release red ale.
