There’s even a bombe inspired cocktail available across both weeks!

With some of the finest Australian roasted beans on brew, they’ll also be pouring 2 nitro coffees and Bunker-Cola with live tunes and a visit from market favorites Roesti Revolution. Dragon Egg Dessert | Saké | CBD Super opulent dessert alert! Saké Double Bay’s famous Dragon Egg dessert is going to grace Eagle Street for a rare Easter treat. The creation of this egg is a three day process of masterful proportions, culminating in a Valrhona dark chocolate shell filled with toasted chocolate crumble, edible soil and passionfruit yoghurt chips, as well as chocolate mousse, passionfruit curd, and mango caramel. The dessert is then doused in liquid nitrogen at the table, make the shell brittle enough to crack and revealing the decadent delights within. Available as a part of the Chef’s Signature Menu over the Easter long weekend, book now if you don’t want to miss out!
