Enigma Underground | Cloudland | Fortitude Valley Add some luxury to your Friday night and head downstairs to Cloudland’s Cellar Bar where you’ll be greeted by scrumptious tapas, top shelf tipples and entertainment from illusionists, magicians, dancers. The star of the show for this pop-up event is Absolut Elyx, with cocktails, martinis and masterclasses showcasing the luxury vodka. Can’t make it? They’re also popping up on July 8. Good Food Month | Various We’ve been counting down since last year and its finally here, the return of Good Food Month. Buffalo Bar is putting on a 3 day laneway party with live bands, brews and trivia, not to mention plenty of smoked beef brisket and warm apple pie! Plonk | Story Bridge Hotel | Kangaroo Point Yalumba is teaming up with The Story Bridge Hotel for a night of comedy, wine and tapas. The Story Bridge Hotel will hold a screening of the mocumentary series, Plonk, matched with wines and tapas treats. Think of a film festival but in miniature and wine-themed! Teneriffe Festival | Teneriffe Returning for it’s seventh year in a row, Teneriffe Festival is back to commemorate all things past, present and future of this iconic suburb. For one day only, the tranquil inner city suburb will transform to host over 50,000 festival goers with entertainment, food, music, performance and culture. Celebrate all things cheese at the Brisbane Cheese Market, or visit any of the three live music stages to check out the diverse acts showcasing their talents. Winter Harvest Festival | Aratula Take a day trip into the countryside for Eat Local Week’s Winter Harvest Festival. This one-day, family-friendly festival celebrates stunning local produce with food tastings, cooking demonstrations, wine tastings and even a good, old-fashioned, tractor pulling competition!
